The Galveston County Historical Society has an on going quilt exhibit in the Common House on Galveston Island. One of the gals in our guild is the curator. The current exhibit is called "Lights and Brights" which I went to view it for the first time Friday. It's fun to see your own quilt hanging on a wall! Especially one that is too big to photograph at home!If you are in Galveston be sure and check out this on going, changing, exhibit! Here's just a taste of what I viewed on Friday. As I stated, any day is a good day for a quilt show!!
